Once shipped, UK orders typically arrive within 2–3 working days. For European and international orders, delivery times vary depending on your location and local postal services.

What currency are your products listed in?
All prices on our website are listed in British Pounds (GBP).
If you’re shopping from outside the UK, your bank or payment provider will convert the total into your local currency. Any conversion fees or differences in exchange rate are set by them, not by Sincerely Nude.
Why is my parcel delayed in transit?
Occasionally, shipping delays can happen due to postal service disruptions, customs checks or busy seasonal periods.
If your tracking shows that your parcel is still in transit, please allow a little extra time for it to arrive. In most cases, parcels will continue to move without any action needed from you.

Yes, absolutely. Our orders are shipped without pricing details in the parcel, so your gift recipient won’t see the cost of the items.
At checkout, you can also add a personalised message. We’ll include a handwritten note with your words inside the order to make it feel extra special.

For UK & ROI customers, returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. International customers should return items within 14 days of delivery.
