Returns Policy

Sincerely Nude offers a refund or exchange service. Our returns and exchange policy is strictly within 14 days of receipt. 



Once we have recieved your return, you will receive an email to notify that we have received your item. 

Allow 5-10 working days for the processing of your refund to your original payment method.

Returns are accepted in the circumstance that all items are in perfect condition, your items WILL NOT qualify for a return or exchange if:

  • Items are not in their original condition i.e marks, makeup stains
  • Tags have been removed or damaged
  • Missing invoice
  • Missing name and order number on the invoice

Sincerely Nude reserves the right to refuse the exchange/return of any products that do not meet the above requirements. We will notify you of the rejection of your refund via email.

Sale items do not qualify for a refund.

Items marked as a gift when purchased will be shipped directly to you and will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Sincerely Nude is only eligible to send refund details to the account of the purchaser and processing of the refund will be to the original payment method.

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

    Arrival time of exchanged products may vary depending on location. 

    Please consider a tracking shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for return shipping of items over £50 and in the event of returning items from outside of the UK. All returned items remain the responsibility of the customer until they reach Sincerely Nude.
