Unfortunately, I’m very disappointed with my experience. I’ve been waiting weeks for my order, and the Royal Mail tracking has continued to show that they are awaiting the item, with no further update.
I understand that delays can happen with delivery, but what has been most frustrating is the lack of communication and the fact that I’ve been left waiting without any clear explanation or resolution.
To make matters worse, after weeks of waiting I received an email asking how they did, despite the fact that I still haven’t received my order. Under the circumstances, I no longer want the delivery and have requested a refund.
I appreciate that delivery issues aren’t always within a small business’s control, but keeping customers informed and dealing with delays appropriately is important. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I wouldn’t order again.
